Upon arrival, meet & greet by our local tour guide and transfer to hotel for check in hotel after 14:00PM. Dinner at local restaurant
Overnight in Hanoi
Distance Noi Bai Airport – Hanoi Central: 35 km à 45 minute transfer
DAY 2: HANOI HALF DAY CITY TOUR – HALONG (B/L/D)
In the morning, start your half day city. Your first stop will be the Ho Chi Minh Complex including Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (close on Monday, Friday mornings and every afternoon), where the father of modern-day Vietnam declared the nation’s independence in 1945. Discover the reverence with which the Vietnamese treat their “Uncle Ho” at this pilgrimage site. Continue your tour at sites such as the Stilt House, Presidential Palace, and One Pillar Pagoda. Then drive to the Temple of Literature, built in honor of Confucius by Emperor Ly Thanh Tong in 1070 - Vietnam's first university, for a touch of history. Then visit Hoan Kiem Lake (Sword Lake) and Ngoc Son Temple with Sunrise Bridge. After lunch, depart to Halong Bay. Arrival Halong, check in hotel, the rest of day is at your own leisure. Dinner at local restaurant

DAY 3: HALONG – HANOI (B/L/D)
After breakfast, we start enjoying 3 - 4 hour boat trip. We walk into the Thien Cung cave (Heaven Palace cave) to see thousands of stalactites and stalagmites colored by hundreds of neon lights. After 1 hour stay in the “Heaven Palace”, we are back to the boat for cruising along the World Nature Heritage part to see the Incense Bowl islet, Cock fighting islets Sail islet, Turtle island…. A delicious seafood lunch will be served when we are completely relax on boat. We are both having seafood and seeing the wonderful sightseeing outside. At 12:00 at noon, we finish our boat trip and back to our vehicle for transferring to Hanoi with stopovers at Ceramic and Hand Embroidery Workshop en route. At around 18:00PM we will be back to Hanoi. Evening highlight will be a Water Puppet Performance – the unique form of Vietnamese art derived from wet rice civilization of South East Asia. 5D MOUNT FANSIPAN CLIMB
VIA TRAM TON PASS
Day 1
HANOI AIRPORT - HANOI RAILWAY STATION

Upon arrival at Noi Bai international airport, meet our tour guide then transfer to Hanoi Central. Free and easy till 20.00 PM. You will back meeting point and we transfer to Hanoi railway station for overnight train to Lao Cai.

Day 2
LAO CAI - SAPA - TRAM TON PASS

You will meet your guide and proceed to transfer from Lao cai railway station to Sapa. Upon arrival in Sapa you will be transferred to hotel for breakfast.

Then transfer by car/van to the starting point at Tram Ton Pass which is 15 km from Sa pa town. Start hiking through the jungle rain forest along wild mountain streams. Break for a picnic lunch in the middle of an evergreen forest.

More hiking to an elevation of about 2800 meters where we will make base camp. Local Hmong porters will help us to set up camp, start a small fire and prepare dinner. Share stories of past journeys and cultural myths under the stars before retiring for the night.

Overnight in sharing homestay on Hoang Lien Son National park
Day 3
SUMMIT
-
After breakfast, you set out on the 5-hrs round trip for the Summit of FANSIPAN (3,143m). Gear-up (day pack, rainwear, torchlight, camera & own drinking water/energy bars, flag, etc) to prepare for the day’s 7-hr round trip up to the Roof of Vietnam – SUMMIT of FANSIPAN, 3,143m.

All set, you begin the long and strenuous 3-hr trek up.

By 1130hrs you are expected to arrive at the Top Of Vietnam. Enjoy the views towards South China, and the surrounding bamboo-forest-cover mountains. After the mandatory photo shoots, you descend for lunch at 2,800m.

Thereafter you return to your Base Camp for the 2nd night on Fansipan at 2,200m.

Overnight in sharing homestay on Hoang Lien Son National park
Day 4
FANSIPAN - SAPA - LAOCAI - HANOI

Rise and Shine, break camp and breakfast.
-
After breakfast prepare to leave the forest of Fansipan. You commence the 4hr-descent to return to the TRAM TON PASS. Expect to arrive at the end point for a late lunch.

After lunch, you board the transport to return to SAPA TOWN.

Here you are free for shopping for local products, etc until time to return to LAO CAI STATION for dinner and await the Train departure for Hanoi.

You can short check in hotel for short rest after Mt Fansipan Climbing in Cat cat Village.

Transfer to Lao Cai rails way station. Have dinner at a local restaurant. Take a night train to Hanoi by night train.
